Your first step is taking a flight to Jolly Grant Airport. Then, a train or a taxi will help you to reach Rishikesh directly.
First Day at Rishikesh
Start your very first day with thriller rafting. It is fun to enjoy Maggi after rafting at Maggi point. After that you can do with bungee jumping in the foothills of Himalayas. In the evening, you must take part and enjoy Ganga aarti at Triveni Ghat.
Camping at night is a must to-do thing for adventure-loving people. Spending a beautiful night under the shining stars and waking up with the melodious chirping of beautiful birds and witness the beautiful sunrise early morning is so satisfying to one’s soul and body. Camping options available in Rishikesh are riverside camping, beach camping, jungle camping and luxury camping. You can also enjoy cliff jump, zipline, bonfire, waterfall trek, yoga, body surfing in Ganga River etc.
Second Day
Start your day by taking dip into holy Ganga. In the morning, you can go to Ram Jhula which is a famous landmark place here. Ram Jhula has the length of 450 feet connecting Shivananda Ashram with Swargashram.
You can visit temples like Trayambakeshwar temple which is near to the famous Lakshman Jhula. The temple is also one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. This temple is designed in such a way that you have to cross the blessings of all small temples for darshan of one main temple.
All I know is that going to Rishikesh is such a relaxing vibe that you might be finding out for so long. You couldn’t have asked for a perfect two days trip full of serenity and natural beauty.
