We all agree to the fact that washing hairs and applying scalp mask a week is essential to keep hairs healthy. Here are some easy steps which will give you the most beautiful hairs in less time.
1. Oil
Massage your scalp with hot oil. Mixture of almond and olive oil is much beneficial. Also, mix few drops of tea-tree oil as it controls dandruff and helps in hair growth. Apply the mixture in smooth circular motion over your scalp.
2. Steam
Steam is the most important task to open pores so that the applied oil can be easily absorbed. You must dip a towel in the hot water and tie it over your head. Put the shower cap above it so that steam can remain inside. Keep it for 15 minutes.
3. Scrub
Exfoliating scalp removes dead skin and helps in reducing hair fall. Take 2 tbsp brown sugar and 1 tbsp coconut oil. Use this before applying hair cleanser. Apply this scalp scrub in circular motion and get rid of all the dirt.
4. Wash & Clean
Wash your scalp with cold water as after exfoliating, scalp becomes sensitive. When your scrub gets removed, wash your hairs with warm water as it removes oil. Always use paraben and sulphur-free shampoo.
Start applying cleanser by applying over scalp. Don’t use much cleanser as it may harm the hair.
5. Condition
Use conditioner having argan oil as its powerful fatty acids keep hair moisturised. Keep your conditioner for 5 minutes and then its time for deep nourishment, take 1 tbsp of jojoba oil and mix with blended boiled rice. Apply this creamy hair mask on hair strands and keep till 15 minutes. Clean it only with water.
